Vitamix A3300 FAQ

1) Does the A3300 have preset programs
No. The A3300 has a touch slider, pulse, and a programmable timer. You can use the Vitamix app for guided blends if you want presets, but there are none on the panel.

2) Are older Vitamix containers compatible with the A3300
Ascent models use Self Detect containers with a built-in tag. Classic containers without the tag will not enable the motor. Use Ascent cups, bowls, and jars that are labeled for Self Detect.

3) A3300 or A3500, which should I buy
Pick the A3500 if you want built-in presets and a full touchscreen. Pick the A3300 if you prefer manual control with a programmable timer and want to save a bit while keeping the same blending power.
